No one can deny the fact that 300+ years under the Spaniard Convent has our culture albeit our mentality deeply inured with Iberian way of life, color, and culture . It is my fascination with our history that have me dreaming of studying the Spanish Language. Yes, it still is a dream.
This entry is not to start a debate on whether that 300 year rule was good or bad. Because frankly, just like a coin the Spanish Era has two sides and both are enchanting if not for the culural/artistic magnificence then the gory friar abuses maybe.
Spain won the euro cup, Nadal won the wimbledon. Ohh, this is the best time to be in Spain!
Haha. Lucky I&P, they were at Zaragoza for the World Expo. I witnessed how they labor night and day to comeup with the exhibit... Of course with them are other personalities who contributed in making this expo a success for the Indios (A, Iskultor from Paete, Burdadera from Lumban, the glass bubble maker, the bone china maker et. al).
