In a span of 5 days, 2 shooting incidents have been reported to have occurred in 2 different SM mall. The same involves matter of the heart. Sadly, today's shooting involves a minor. And the past week has been abuzz about how minors today are so brazen in committing petty and serious crimes for they know that they won't be punished.

How and Where did this minor get his gun?
How does the DSWD, or the police force determine if the minor has acted with discernment?
