I watched bloomberg and gazed at it's marquee showing how much paper gains or losses investors had. Not me, I don't have such investments. Yet, I am fixated at this marquee, green letters, arrow up, red letters, arrow down, NASDAQ, NYSE, Nikkei, the Hang Seng, etc. it never fails to lull me into the void.
But last night, it was different - there was an interview with Salman Rushdie.
