I am not even sure if we have one with this administration. The tri-headed Press Department says one thing, and the lazy boss says another. One time the lazy boss appeared defiant because of the the travel advisories and then appears like a lapdog to the middle kingdom begging for morsels of mercy to the point of aligning this republic with the pariah states in boycotting a nobel peace prize ceremony.
