UST's varsitarian might as well be the first one to suffer the consequence of enacting RA 10175. It was confusing whether the rant was directed really at Ateneo/DLSU professor's pro-RH stand or the fact that they were unhappy with the recent basketball game result it seemed like Jarencio wrote the vomit worthy piece. Yeah, it was mean and uncalled for.
Whoever wrote that editorial just murdered the English language. He/She/It wanted to sound sophisticated by using highfalutin terms, and then forgetting the proper syntax in the process altogether. It wasn't even colloquial. And maybe the term "intellectual pretender(s) and interloper(s)" he/she/it wrote refers to him/her/it-self .

Yes we need a cybercrime law to punish a real cybercrime and the criminals behind it. RA 10175 could be that law save for certain provisions. I hope the SC would strike those abominable Sections-- they must.
